Fabulus Life Member of the Month: Meet Mark
If there’s one thing that defines Mark, it’s hospitality. As both a professional and as a way of life. He studied culinary arts, owned a catering company, and to this day, there is always food waiting when people arrive. For Mark, feeding people isn’t just something he does. It’s how he shows up.
That same warmth carries into how he moves through the world. Mark is the person who makes you feel welcome before you’ve even found your seat. He loves being the host, loves bringing people together, and genuinely lights up when the people around him are happy.
What drew him to Fabulus Life was the community. He wasn’t looking for something just for himself. He wanted more people in his orbit, more connections, more positive energy. In fact, Mark has been one of the driving forces behind the launch of Fabulus Life. If you’ve attended an event, there’s a good chance he was the first face you saw. You can usually find him working the check-in table, making sure every person who walks through the door feels welcomed from the moment they arrive.
His favorite moments so far have been reconnecting with people he hadn’t seen in a while, and watching those conversations pick back up like no time had passed.
When not working, Mark enjoys a good Sunday brunch with friends (and unlimited mimosas). He also spends time gardening and finds plenty of reasons to cook.
As for what’s next, Japan is calling, specifically for the food and the culture. Australia is on the list too. And while he’s currently thriving in his role as the world’s most devoted dog uncle, a dog of his own is very much in the not too distant future.
One thing that might surprise you about Mark: he was on the dive team in college, before hanging up his speedo for an apron.
